linen seed hamburger buns Recipe:Super easy and very soft perfect for filling.
INGREDIENTS ( 4 x hamburger buns)
4 g fresh brewer's yeast
10 g sugar
75 g warm water
75 g favorite lukewarm milk
30 g olive oil (or other favorite)
250 g flour (I half integral half 00)
1 generous pinch of salt
20 g linseed + to taste.The surface
Qb lukewarm milk x brush
Put the water and milk in a bowl (I heat them in the microwave for 40 seconds) add the crumbled yeast and sugar and dissolve. Add the oil and mix. Add the two flours and mix with the ladle. When the liquids have blended, add salt and flax seeds. Knead vigorously x 5 min. The dough should be soft and slightly sticky. Cover with cling film and let rise in a warm place (in a preheated oven at 25-30 degrees) for 3 hours.
Take back the leavened dough, deflate, move on the surface, flatten and proceed to make 4 folds then repeat.
Cut the dough into 4 equal parts.
Take each part, flatten it in your hands then close the sides inwards by pinching them well and obtaining a ball. Repeat then squeeze and close the sides inside.
X last gently squeeze to a thickness of about 1 cm. (Do the same with the other 3 parts) place on the baking sheet with parchment paper slightly spaced. Cover with cling film and always leave to rise in a warm place for 40 min (I always in the oven at 25-30 degrees)
Remove the pan from the oven and set to 160 degrees ventilated. As soon as it reaches the temperature, gently remove the film, brush the surface with a little warm milk and if you want to sprinkle with flax seeds. Bake (at 160 degrees preheated ventilated) for 20-25 min (I 20 min) must be golden but not too much. Remove from the oven and let it cool.
