CHRISTMAS DONUT RECIPE PICTURE OF DELICIOUS FOOD
We all know that CHRISTMAS leaves only one thing in the house .... DRIED FRUITS IN PLENTY‼
So we went ahead and thought of a donut to try to run out of stocks of dried fruit, a perfect donut for breakfast during the holidays because it is made with walnuts, dates and rum
-85 g shelled walnuts
-100 g dates
-180 g flour 00
-70 g whole yogurt
-80 g sunflower oil
-70 g rum
-1 medium egg
-1 sachet of baking powder (16g)
-160 g sugar
-20 g whole milk
- icing sugar to taste
Blend the walnuts into flour and set aside. Combine the dates without seeds, oil, rum, sugar in a bowl and blend with an immersion blender.
Add the egg and mix with a ladle.
In another bowl, combine 00 flour, walnut flour, yeast and vanillin.
Pour the blended mixture into the dry ingredients and then add the yogurt and milk.
Grease and flour the mold and pour the mixture inside (more or less 3/4 of the mold)
Bake in a preheated static oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Once cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
