5-6 medium-sized potatoes (you can of course double the amount)

Potato wedge Recipe:

 5-6 medium-sized potatoes (you can of course double the amount)

 3 tbsp rapeseed oil

 1 teaspoon garlic powder

 1 teaspoon chili powder

 1/2 teaspoon pepper

 2 teaspoons of fries seasoning

 2-3 tbsp breadcrumbs

 Water for boiling

 

 Preparation:

 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into corners (picture).

 Add 1 teaspoon of salt to a pot of water and simmer the potatoes for 15 minutes.  And sieve.

 2. Put the boiled potatoes in a bowl and mix with the remaining ingredients.

 3. Place in the air fryer

 or bake in the open at 220c for 45min.
