The cinnamon swirl apple cake is always such a massive hit with you guys, and it’s easily one of my favorite cake's. If you prefer banana cake to apple cake or just wanna mix it up a little, you gotta try this banana cake! It’s easy to make and so delicious! Just like warm cinnamon rolls but in cake form.
150g light brown sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon
120g unsalted butter, melted
All you need is
For the Cinnamon swirl:150g light brown sugar

For the Cake:
360g plain flour
200g caster sugar
4 tsp baking powder
300ml whole milk, room temperature
1 tsp vanilla
2 large eggs, lightly beaten, room temperature
110g unsalted butter, melted
3 large ripe bananas, mashed
For the Glaze:
200g icing Sugar
50ml milk
Tin size: 8x10”
Bake 160C (fan) 40-45 mins - or until the top is golden and a toothpick comes out clean
