Ferrero Rocher Christmas cookies

Ingredients for 6 cookies:

- 60g of sugar
- 85g of soft butter
- 1 egg
- 150g of flour
- 1/2 sachet of yeast
- 6 Ferrero Rocher

Preparation :

Cut the Ferrero Rocher in half and keep aside for later.
Mix the sugar with the butter, add the egg, then the flour and baking powder. Form a ball of dough and add 6 halves of Ferrero Rocher in the dough. Keep the other half to put on top towards the end of cooking.
Form balls and put them on a baking sheet, flattening them a little, bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes (to watch)
