Ingredients:

- 2 Dungeness crab - about 1.5 lb each (scrubbed, cleaned and cut up)
- old bay seasoning (to taste)
- 2 shallots (diced)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 cup white wine
- water (enough to cover crab)
- 3 red potatoes (peeled and cut up)
- Dash of parsley flakes (optional)

Method:

In a pan on medium heat, add butter. Once it melts, immediately add the garlic and shallots. Sautee for 2 minutes, potatoes and add a splash of white wine, add a dash of old bay seasoning. Sautee for another minute or so, add the crab legs. Sautee another minute, add the crab headshells, and then wine and add water enough to just cover the crabs. Cover and cook for about 20 minutes (may need to cook for longer if your crabs are large).

Remove the cooked crab and potatoes carefully and place them into a large mixing bowl. Here you can add more old bay seasoning (to taste). Add a few parsley flakes, and toss to coat the crabs and potatoes with the seasoning.

Plate and add more old bay if you wish, add more parsley flakes as well (optional). Add your lemon wedges on the side. Enjoy!
