On a daily basis, you prepare it with vegetable juice while today I prepared it with a little turkey juice and water to neutralize the fat.

ingredients

• 1 onion

• 2 garlic cloves

• 20 g of ginger

• 500 gr carrots

• 700 ml (300 ml turkey juice 400 ml water)

• 60 ml coconut milk

• 1 squeezed lemon

• salt

• black pepper

• olive oil

• Indian saffron

Preparation

Put the pot on the fire with a little olive oil. Add the finely chopped onion, garlic and ginger and fry for 5 minutes. Add chopped carrots to the wheels and fry for 2-3 min, stirring occasionally.

Add salt, pepper, and turmeric and mix. Add the turkey juice and water, close it with a lid and let it simmer for 15 minutes.

We pass the whole mass in the blender. Add the coconut milk and mix until we have formed a creamy mass. If you want thinner soup you can add water again to dilute it.
