 (about 230ml glass used)

 2.5 glasses of walnut, nuts…

 0.5 glass of sugar/powdered sugar

 1 pack of vanilla sugar

1 egg or just the yolk (egg white for brushing)

 1 puff pastry (8-10 pieces)

 to roll:

 0.5 glass of sugar

 coat:

5 tablespoons milk or 1 egg white

decorate:

Melt 2 tablespoons of chocolate cream or some chocolate

 2 tbsp pistachio powder

 Preparation:

 Finely grind the nuts

Knead the nuts, sugar, vanilla, and egg into a mass, if it is too dry and crumble add some milk.

Layout the puff pastry on the worktop. Mine was big, I cut it into 12x15cm pieces.

Divide the nut mass among the 10 pieces of puff pastry. As in the video, roll into strands of the same length and roll up together with the puff pastry.

Roll out the puff pastry strands by hand to a length of 20 cm and form them into a U.

Brush with milk or egg white and immediately roll in sugar. Place them spaced apart on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

For me there were 10 pieces, that can also be made smaller or larger.

Bake in a preheated oven at 165°C or hot air for about 20-25 minutes until golden.

After baking, allow to cool for 5-10 minutes and dab the tips first in chocolate and then in pistachio powder.

They stay fresh for a few days in the fridge. But I think they'll get it right away
